Interdict's evaluations will take the form of an on site assessment incorporating interviews with key staff and flight line personnel, detailed analysis of operating manuals and practices to ensure all procedures are clearly defined and fit for purpose. We will liaise with the local emergency response services on your behalf to ensure effective lines of communication and co-ordination are present.
Our consultants will assist you in preparing an appropriate aviation security plan and facilitate the following activities:
- Development of plans that include goals, objectives and responsibilities for every aspect of physical protection.
- Development and implementation of procedures and policies, considering site specific conditions, which fulfil the airport stakeholder requirements.
- Provision of adequate resources to include personnel (plus training), equipment and facilities to meet the requirements contained within the procedures and policies.
- Defining organisational and individual responsibilities (including accountability for performance).
- Performing management oversight activities such as self-assessments to identify areas that do not meet programme requirements.
- Monitoring the status of programme and policy implementation.
- Correcting all areas of non-compliance in a timely and efficient manner.
