Managing Director

Adrian J - An experienced and well-organised Consultant/ Manager having extensive military experience including 13 years service within Tier 1 United Kingdom Special Forces (UKSF). Recognised for powerful communication skills and ability to handle high-pressure situations in a professional and effective manner and proven in operational management, planning, training and supervision of personnel in a variety of market sectors. An ICAO and ICAMER accredited Aviation Professional Manager he has undertaken managerial and consultant roles in a number of industries worldwide. He has been involved in the safety and contingency planning of both international media operations and reconstruction projects in post war and/or hostile environments including the development and implementation of a total independent repatriation service from Iraq. With his former military and extensive practical commercial security experience he provides for top level risk assessment and mitigation.

Director of Aviation

Andrew Mc Gill – A highly proficient Operations and Commercial Development Director with many years experience in the Airline and Travel industry with particular specialty in Medical Repatriation, Security Evacuation, Third Level commuter and Air Taxi operations. Broad knowledge of UK CAA and JAR aviation regulations gained from his experience in aviation operational planning for a number of high profile companies over a 20 year period. More recently his engagements have included the commencement of medical repatriation capability internally and externally within Iraq and Afghanistan and within Western and Central Africa as well as continual auditing of medevac and security evacuation aircraft operators and regularly receiving requests to provide evacuation capability to countries including Lebanon, Saudi Arabia, Sierra Leone, Haiti, Iraq, Cote D’Ivoire.
